Tofu Rice Stir-Fry This stir fry features flavors of sesame oil, ginger, and soy sauce. Ingredients for 4 portions 1 package (308 g) Mori-Nu Silken Tofu Extra Firm, drained and cut into 1.5 cm cubes 80 ml soy sauce 80 ml rice vinegar 2 tbsp of sesame oil 80 g carrots, chopped 30 g celery, sliced 30 g scallions, sliced 30 g fresh ginger, sliced 200 g cooked rice Instructions Mix all sauce ingredients. Add tofu to the mixed sauce and marinde in a regrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour. Stir fry marinated ingredients and vegetables until vegetables are just ceisp-tender.
