Strawberry Banana Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 individual glasses

  • 1 package (307 g) Mori-Nu Silken Tofu Super Soft
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 300 g package frozen sweetened strawberries (with liquid)
  • 2 tsp of sugar
  • (Optional) 100 ml juice or water or ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all until smooth; serve chilled.

Tips

  • Also use Asian Dessert Tofu, Soft depensing on your preference of thickness and sweetness
