Walnut Sauce

Ingredients for 4 portions

Walnut Sauce
・4 Tbsp. canola oil
・2 Tbsp water
・30g Mori-Nu Silken Tofu Soft
・4 Tbsp soy sauce
・2 Tbsp. vinegar
・2 tsp honey
・2 tsp ketchup
・200g black or English walnuts, finely chopped
・Pepper to taste

Main dish
・1 package(308g) Mori-Nu Silken Tofu Firm or Extra Firm, drained and cut into 1.5cm cubes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except walnuts and blend until smooth. Add walnuts and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate approximately 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve with bite-size cubes of Morinaga Silken Tofu – Firm, or Extra Firm.
